How was Yachty Social born, you ask?
The Yachty Social came to fruition between two friends who are independently and jointly, avid travelers. Together, they have almost 30 years of travel and over 60 distinct countries under their belt. While traveling the world, they noticed a gap in the market for affordable, quality event production and once in a lifetime experiences. After returning from their travels, they wanted to take all the good vibes gathered and create the ultimate experience — thus the formation of The Yachty Social!

Frequently Asked Questions
The exact routes are set a few weeks before the event starts. As soon as the routes are set, you will be able to view it on the arrival info on your booking. In the meantime, you can see an example route on the relevant destination page, as well as lots of information regarding the highlights and things to do on route.
What you do during the day is totally up to you, the crew and your skipper. Each day will vary, depending on the itinerary. You normally spend your day chilling on the yacht sailing from one port to another with a stop in a bay to cook lunch and have a swim. There will be a Yachty Social party or event each day too, as well as circle raft or a party/activity once you arrive at the next island.
Our route and events are exclusive to our guests, therefore the route information is not available if you do not have a booking with us.
The minimum age is 21 or your 21st birthday should be the same year of travel.
Yacht bookings do not include food or beverage in the cost of the yacht. We recommend our guests to do most of their food/beverage shopping on the mainland before they depart.
They are not. We wanted to keep open the option for people that may want to head to Croatia a couple days before or stay for a couple of days after.
Yes. MIA is an incredible town with a lot to see and do for a couple of days. Hundreds of bars and restaurants to suit every taste, incredible nightlife. There are a number of Hostels or Hotels we can advise you on. This will also give you flexibility on Flight Options & Prices.
Yes! You will have the chance to sail your Yacht yourself under the Skippers guidance and with the Skippers permission.
Yes! The Yachts are your home for your duration. Your Yacht will be able to sleep both yourself & your crew based on your yacht selection. Think of it as a floating hotel
Simply select the “Book a Yacht” Option and fill out each individuals details. Yes it is cheaper and the total cost is reduced by ~$xx USD pp!
Yes, you need to set the crew ratio when you book your yacht. If you are not sure about the gender of your crew, we would advise you to book with the maximum number of guys allowed as you can always swap a guy for a girl but not the other way around.
We make restrictions only when we see there are too many guys booked on a week. This may happen after a few weeks or a few months, so we recommend to book as early as possible. The reason we are so restrictive is due to the fact that a lot more guys than girls would like to book and if we would allow all of them to join, the events wouldn’t be fun for everyone.
Yes, contact us by mail for any changes you wish to make. Please bear in mind that you need to maintain the minimum amount of girls that you listed when you booked the yacht. You can swap a guy for a girl but not the other way around.
Ratio restrictions are added to future bookings when we see that we have a higher number of guys booked for that specific week, therefore you will need to stick to the ratio you booked with. The only way to add another guy is if you add another girl as well.
Yes, there is no problem reducing the amount of guys on your booking in favour of girls. Just send an email to info@yachtysocial.com and we will help you.
